moving on.

They travel the world.
Drifting, nomads with neither home nor herd.

Servants to the merciless wind,
they have no purpose, no direction,
their focus as wide as the vast azure sky.
These wanderers are constantly being,
pushed and pulled, at the whim of their ruthless foes.

Amongst the throngs of cotton white whisps,
the abominations of nature too,
have a variety of different personalities.

Like mankind,
there are the frontrunners of the crowd,
who are constantly at the top of their game,
never once conceding defeat without a fight;

Then, there are the followers,
who are always eagerly lapping behind the leaders, just,
people who go with the flow;

With all due respect, there are also the stragglers, or rather, the "emo" kids.
These quiet thinkers prefer to be alone to channel their thoughts,
and refuse to associate themselves with the herd
in order to maintain their unique status;

And lastly, there is also the group whom we favour the most:
they form shapes at their own expense, for the joy ,
of the screaming children and the artistic appreciation of the adults.
They are enlightened by being a blessing to others,
to see the people below smile at their painstakingly fashioned forms.
(and this is where the sermon on blessed to be a blessing comes in).

Clouds. Are,
temporary delights that add to the scenic value, which is
a part of the water cycle
and shelter that gives us shade from the blistering sun;

Clouds are giant candyflosses that obscures the sun from reaching us;
Clouds are humid suffocation before rain and thunder;
Clouds are dangerous mists which could wreck havoc on an airplane
clouds are nothing more than water vapour, they are non-living things, fools!

Alas, what are clouds, to you?
